We are based in Canberra but shoot weddings just about anywhere you wish. Give us a call to check availability and possible travel expenses.
All weddings include images in a secure, password-protected, and digital download gallery with print release. This gives you easy access while keeping the pictures safe from unwanted views. You are free to reuse them and to copy them however you’d like.
This depends on the photography package you have chosen.
Yes. We backup throughout the day, and in the evening to both physical and cloud storage. Don’t worry – nothing will be lost!
Throughout all the years we’ve been working, this has never happened. However, we always have spare cameras just in case, as you can never entirely predict an accident. There is no such thing as being too prepared.
We know you’re impatient, but quality can take time. Retouching photos and picking the best ones cannot be over in just a few hours. It usually takes us around 4-8 weeks from your wedding day. We’re always trying to do it as soon as possible and to ensure you’ll be satisfied with the finished pictures.
This isn’t mandatory. However, we would really love it if we are staying for more than 5 hours on a day. Running around with heavy equipment takes some strength, so we would prefer to be able to stay on our feet throughout the day.
This has never happened and we would both have to be hospitalised for that to happen, so it is very unlikely!
However, we live in crazy times, so a backup plan has to be made. If anything did happen to us, we would use our network of photographers to find a suitable replacement. We won’t leave you stranded no matter what.
Absolutely, we issue a right to print a document to all our clients and you can share them far and wide! Once we take these photographs, they belong to you, and you are free to copy and print them how much you’d like.
In order to confirm your date, we require a retainer.We will reserve the date and make no other bookings for the time in which we are required. Retainer is 30% of the package you chose for booking your date and the rest of the money should be paid in the last two weeks before the wedding day.
